Non-members are welcome to attend our training sessions, so if you are just visiting Sheffield, or want to try things out before you join, this is absolutely fine. However we do offer discounts to our members on workshops, master classes and events here at the university.

Membership to Circus Hallam costs just £5 per year and entitles you to discounts on specialist workshops and events we hold throughout the year, you can pick up your membership card from the reception desk at the HUBS (Sheffield Hallam Student Union).

​

The money raised from membership goes towards purchasing kit, as well as the costs involved in organising events and workshops i,e, venues and professional circus artists.

If you wish to donate a larger amount towards our society to enable us to provide more circus activities then please get in touch!

You will need to collect your membership card from the reception desk in the HUBS.

​​If you are not a student you can still join Circus Hallam, and you can purchase your membership card from the reception desk in the HUBS. (We are allowed a maximum of 20% non-student members, so there will be a limit to how many membership cards we can issue to non-students, unless of course we increase numbers of student members as well).

Please note there are extra charges for our regular training sessions at Sport Hallam, these sessions are FREE if you have Sport Hallam (Gym) membership. Gym membership is open to both students and non-students for a monthly fee, and allows you to use the gym facilities and attend fitness classes as well as Circus Hallam training sessions for no extra charge), for non-members there is a charge of £3.50 per hour.
